The Mount Abu Winter Festival celebration begins with a grand procession by local authorities, accompanied by stunning performances by local talents. This procession originates from Hotel Shikhar and culminates at the Nakki Lake Chowk in the evening. On Nakki Lake hundreds of earthen lamps are set afloat in the water as a form of reverence. This ritual is called Deepdaan. This mesmerising site forms a visual treat &photographer’s delight.
During the three days of celebration, the spectacular fireworks in the evenings astonish the crowd with its magnificence in the background of the serene lake.
